So I wasn’t planning on sharing this outfit. But these photos gave me serious heart eyes 😍 It’s been so gloomy the last few days so we’ve been in sleeves all week. I was in serious need of some spring vibes so we went totally bold spring print today.
Dress: Thrifted!!!! But I’ll let you in on a little secret. This is totally NOT a dress. It’s actually a size 4 top from crazy 8. But it was way to cute and cheap to pass up on. Had to make it work!
Shoes: Mini Melissa Gingerbread man that Greigh just had to wear. Like seriously I wanted her to wear either her Fringe Zara’s or Foy by Joyfolie . To match the whole “Boho” theme you know. But she had other plans hence her mini tantrum. So Christmas in March it is! It’s never to early to celebrate Baby Jesus right?!
Headwrap: handmade from an Instagram shop. I forget the name. But if you Follow us you’ll find lots of similar items from some amazing shops.
So I’ve finally did it. I mean it only took 16 months. That’s not that long is it? I mean seriously though. Where was I going to find the time to build a website between Greigh’s infant days of crying, nursing, diaper blowouts, eating, peeing, repeat. I barely found time to shower those days. Wait, who am I kidding? Not much has changed. Have I showered this week? Haha. Fast forward to 16 months later and I still haven’t mastered the balancing act. Life with Greigh is more so Greigh is Life. While she’s living the life of America’s Next Top Baby Model. I walk around looking like an extra on the Walking Dead. Mom life has consumed me but I love being with my daughter 24/7. Something I thought that I would never do. But this is only temporary & it’s time that I will never get back. Therefore, I wouldn’t have it any other way. HOWEVER, it has been a loooooooong journey. A journey that I wasn’t prepared for in any way possible. A journey so different then anything I could’ve imagined. One that I will write about from here on out. Has parenthood been anything like what you thought it’d be?
